- The two-digit numbers in the tables below are from the LoC number;
maps are arranged by the order they appear in the Atlas; i.e., by page number.
The missing numbers are due to this atlas containing a large amount of geographical information.

- Single page maps are printed approximately 16" x 20" size.
- Two-page maps are printed approximately 20" x 24" size.
